Having lived on the Eastside most of my life, I am very knowledgeable of the areas schools, churches, shopping and other amenities. I went to Moorlands, Northshore Jr High, Inglemoor and my boys will attend the same JR/SR High Schools. My daughter attended schools in the Lake Washington School District which is a great district as well.
I love working with both buyers and seller. Each has a specific goal and nothing brings me greater joy then to help a client achieve that goal. Even during a difficult time such as foreclosure, my heart goes out to my clients and while I may have to deliver bad news, I am ALWAYS honest, straightforward and compassionate. My clients appreciate my honesty even if it's not the news they wanted.
